All utilities are included in the rent (wifi, AC, heat, trash, management.) 24/7 electronic key access. Tenants at Porter Mill are a part of a community of close to 50 artists working in all mediums. At no additional cost, tenants are included in at least one group exhibition each year, and can participate in our two Open Studio events which draw hundreds of people to the studios. Our gallery hosts monthly, rotating exhibitions and First Thursday receptions.
Studios become available at Porter Mill sporadically. To be sure you are notified of studio space at it becomes available, please join our mailing list.
